Steel beams installation at Montclair Addition. It's still a mystery how these workers got the steel to the site. The road is too steep and narrow to let a crane through. These beams are anchored in concrete and allow the house to almost dangle off the hillside - creating jaw-dropping views from almost every room in the house, including the entry stairwell.
